Manchester Carnival Returns June 6–14 at Ramsey Ballpark

MANCHESTER, Ky. — The sounds of laughter, the thrill of spinning rides, and the smell of cotton candy are set to return to Clay County as the Manchester Carnival rolls back into town for nine nights of family fun, beginning Friday, June 6 and running through Saturday, June 14.

Hosted by the Clay County Board of Education and the Manchester Tourism Commission, the annual event will take place at Ramsey Ballpark, featuring a wide variety of rides, games, food, and entertainment for all ages.

Armbands, which offer unlimited rides pending height restrictions, will be available each night of the carnival. Prices and times vary throughout the event:

  • Friday, June 6: 5–11 p.m. – $25 Armband

  • Saturday, June 7: 5–11 p.m. – $25 Armband

  • Sunday, June 8: 6–10 p.m. – $20 Armband

  • Monday, June 9: 6–10 p.m. – $25 Armband

  • Tuesday, June 10: 6–10 p.m. – $20 Armband

  • Wednesday, June 11: 6–10 p.m. – $25 Armband

  • Thursday, June 12: 6–10 p.m. – $20 Armband

  • Friday, June 13: 5–11 p.m. – $25 Armband

  • Saturday, June 14: 6–10:30 p.m. – $25 Armband

In addition to armbands, individual ride tickets will be available each night. Tickets are $1 each, with kiddie rides requiring three tickets and adult rides requiring four.

With affordable pricing, family-friendly entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere, the Manchester Carnival has become one of the community's most anticipated summer traditions. Organizers encourage families to mark their calendars and come enjoy the festivities.
