Missing Person Investigation in Rockcastle County

On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at approximately 2:54 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11 received a call of a missing person in Rockcastle County.

Joseph D. Miller, 36, of Orlando, was last seen around 12:00 P.M. on Friday, June 21, 2024. Miller is approximately 6' 0" tall and 150 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
