Hello friends! It’s nice to see you again. I’ve been a little checked out for a week or so. Sickness hit our home, and on top of that, the New Year has been extremely busy.
I know we can’t predict the future, but this is one year where I feel like I can look ahead at the months to come and get a sense of what’s potentially going to happen. It’s strange, but I genuinely feel like some great things are in store for me and my family—if I stay the course and keep grinding each day.
With new years come new opportunities—opportunities that must be taken advantage of, or they pass you by. Along with those opportunities come new responsibilities and duties that have to be handled the right way. That’s just part of growth.
I remain deeply passionate about our tourism office and the integrity behind it. I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure that integrity is never lost. What we’re building matters, and it deserves to be protected and done the right way.
I also want to take a moment to wish every single person out there—whether you love me or hate me—a successful 2026. I hope you thrive. I hope you win big. I’ve never rooted for anyone to fail. I’ve always hoped our locals could win, because a win for our people is a win for our community.
2026 is going to be wild. Let’s embrace it.
Much love, Manchester!
