Michigan Woman Arrested After Being Found in Bed with Deceased Man

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. – A Michigan woman has been arrested in connection with a homicide after police discovered her in bed with a deceased man on top of her, according to authorities.

The Green Oak Charter Township Police Department reported that officers responded to a mobile home community around 11:13 a.m. following a call about a possible death. Upon arrival, they found the woman lying in bed beneath the body of a man who was “obviously deceased.”

Investigators quickly determined the man had been killed. Police stated that he had suffered multiple blunt force injuries to the head, as well as several stab wounds to the chest and neck.

Authorities confirmed that the woman and the victim had been in a long-term relationship and lived in the home with their child, who was not harmed.

The woman was taken into custody and transported to a hospital for evaluation while under police supervision. The investigation remains ongoing.
