Over $14k donated to Cancer Coalition from carnival

The Clay County Board of Education and Manchester Tourism donated over $14,000 to the Clay County Cancer Coalition. The two entities collaborated on hosting the carnival at Ramsey Ballpark, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the coalition.
