MANCHESTER — The third edition of the Clay County Community Guide is now available throughout Manchester and online, offering residents and visitors a comprehensive look at what the county has to offer.

The 2026 edition is a collaborative effort between The Manchester Enterprise and the Manchester Tourism Commission, with the Tourism Commission covering the printing costs. The guide continues to serve as a key promotional piece highlighting Clay County’s growth, attractions and community pride.

The publication showcases a wide range of features, including local history, tourism destinations, outdoor recreation and community events. From the Daniel Boone National Forest and Goose Creek kayaking opportunities to the county’s rich basketball tradition at Legends Hall, the guide paints a full picture of life and tourism in Clay County.

It also highlights ongoing development efforts, including downtown revitalization projects and the expansion of tourism-related amenities, reinforcing the county’s push to attract visitors and new investment.

Local officials emphasize the importance of the guide as a tool to “tell our story” and promote Clay County as a destination for outdoor adventure, family activities and small-town charm.

Copies of the Clay County Community Guide are available at various locations throughout Manchester. The full publication can also be viewed online at www.themanchesterenterprise.com.

Community leaders say the guide continues to grow each year, reflecting both the progress and the promise of Clay County.
