One charged with arson in London fire

During a press conference by the London Police Department Tuesday, Major Bobby Day, he announced one person, rescued from the fire, will be charged with arson 2nd degree and burglary 3rd.

Scottie Seeley, 56, no address, is currently receiving medical treatment and will be transferred to the Laurel County Detention Center, Day said.

The fire occurred at the Cunigan, Cessna, Benge law office on Main Street in London during the early morning hours.  Day also commended the London Fire Department on their exceptional work in containing the blaze.
