Marjorie Ann Marcum went to be with Lord March 22, 2026, at the age of 91.
Margie was born to Harrison Roberts and Bessie Curry on November 1, 1934, in Hima Ky. In 1954 she relocated to Cincinnati Ohio where she reacquainted with Thomas Marcum, and they married on April 7,1956. They built their family in Ohio and established Marcum Trucking before relocating to Kentucky in the late 70s’.
After Thomas started M&H Coal Co. in 1986, they relocated to Ocala, Fl and formed Marcum Construction, Inc. with their son Doug. They also formed Marcum Underground with Doug and their Grandson Thomas until their retirement in 2011.
Margie is survived by her daughter Cledia Sizemore Ocala, Fl. Son Douglas Marcum (Sandra) Ocala, Fl. Grandson Thomas Randall Sizemore(Cheri). Granddaughters Amanda Marjorie McClary (Beau)Alexandria Blaine Shives(Justin)Rachael Victoria Colbert(Luke)Great grandchildren Thomas Randall Sizemore Jr. Coy Randall Sizemore, Carter Ramsay McClary,Bella Noelle McClary and Arie Blake Shives.Brother Delbert Roberts (Vanda)Manchester, Ky. Sister in Law Ruby Roberts Manchester, Ky.
Margie is proceeded in death by her husband of 62 years Thomas. Her parents Harrison and Bessie. sisters Sarah Jones,and Madge Hauk. Brothers Dallas Roberts, Dallas Ray Roberts and Randall Roberts.
Margie (Nannie) enjoyed spending time with her family, family vacations and getting together and playing with her great grandchildren. She also enjoyed reminiscing about trips and her life with the love of her life Thomas (Pa).
Service will be held at Wings of Faith Fellowship 5066 SW 64th Ave Rd Ocala Flon Thursday, April 2, 2026. Viewing will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with service to follow.
