Losing your cool standing in the middle of the road will draw unwanted attention every time. Last week, Michael Gregory found that out the hard way.
Gregory, 44, of Roots Branch, was on Railroad Avenue in East Manchester ‘going off’ per Sheriff’s Deputy Wes Brumley.
They received a call in reference to Gregory being in the road. When Deputy Brumley arrived, he found Gregory ‘screaming and cussing’ at neighbors. He wasn’t a happy man apparently.
When he was arrested and placed in the cruiser, he told the deputy he was going to ‘kill’ one of the subjects he was yelling out. He was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place; disorderly conduct 2nd; menacing; and terroristic threatening 2nd.
