Kaney Hiram Hoskins, age 37, of London, Kentucky passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Tara Sams Hoskins; his father and step-mother, Kaney and Marlene Hoskins; two children, Kanesley Hoskins of Manchester, KY, Jalyn Rednour of East Bernstadt, KY; two siblings, Julie Henson & husband Timothy of Manchester, KY, Brenda Holland & husband Charles of Leslie County, KY; two special fur babies, Bella and Susie; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Brock Hoskins; and by his brother, Michael Hoskins.

Kaney was a cherished husband, son, father and dedicated family man. He was a self-employed independent contractor, and his hard work and commitment to quality made a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of doing business with him.

Kaney's life was marked by a deep love for horses and a passion for coon hunting. These hobbies were more than just pastimes; they were integral parts of who he was and the joy he brought to those around him. Kaney's love for the outdoors and animals reflected his adventurous spirit and appreciation for life's simple pleasures.

Kaney was known by all as a man with a heart of gold. His willingness to help anyone in need was a testament to his character. Whether it was a friend, neighbor, or stranger, Kaney never hesitated to lend a hand, always going above and beyond to support those around him. His generosity and kindness left an indelible mark on his community.

Kaney will always be remembered for his big heart, his love for his family, and his dedication to his community. His legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Funeral services for Kaney Hiram Hoskins will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with David Elkins officiating. Burial will follow at the Collins-France Cemetery in Clay County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
