Joshua John Fieler, age 40, of Artemus, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
He leaves behind his mother, Rita Gay Cheek Wagoner and stepfather, Randal Wagoner; one sister, Kassandra Mills & husband Robert Mills of Manchester, KY; three nieces, Hailey Taylor, Brittany Hammons, Hannah Hammons; one great-niece, Amelia Taylor all of London, KY; plus, a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Fieler.
Josh was an amazing, caring, and loving person. His acts of kindness, big and small, touched many lives and left a lasting impact on those he encountered. He organized Fieler's Giving Tree where he provided Christmas presents to many children for over 10 years. His generous spirit was evident in his actions and words. He was known to help feed the hungry and always helped in any way he could. Josh loved to camp, have cookouts, and spend time with family and friends. Josh was also a sports fanatic; he loved his Green Bay Packers! Lastly, Josh served his country honorably in the United States Army where he was a combat veteran that served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. His life, though short, was full of love and happiness, and he lived it to the fullest.
A Memorial Service honoring Joshua John Fieler will be held at a later date determined by the family. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral costs.
