Janice Bowling Wesley
Janice Bowling Wesley was born on June 18, 1946 in Oneida, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Edd “Jack” Bowling and Virginia Binder Bowling. She was united in marriage to David Paul Wesley of London, Kentucky. She is survived by two sons, Edward Rex Wesley of Long Beach, California and Mark David Wesley and wife Deena of Georgetown, Texas; four siblings, Judy Bruner of Whitley City, Kentucky; Joyce Nicely, Jack Bowling, Jayna Alexander and husband Byron all of London; three grandchildren, Kori Janee Wesley, Kyle James Wesley and wife Ashlyn and Konnor John Wesley plus a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Janice Wesley never knew a stranger and had a gift of making people smile. She served her Lord and other people as a dedicated church member through her life which included Immanuel Baptist Church, Lexington, KY, First Baptist Church, Ashland, KY, First Baptist, Russell, KY, and currently is a member of The Creek in London, KY.
Janice Wesley spent her life working in many jobs. She usually worked in sales for retail stores in Lexington, KY and Ashland, KY for most of her career. She was the owner of Bellefonte Floral in Ashland, KY for 11 years, which she says was her biggest achievement professionally.
She was a loyal wife to her husband, a phenomenal mother to her sons and to all of their friends, and the best "nana" to her grandchildren.
Janice Bowling Wesley went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 28, 2024 being 77 years, 9 months and 10 days of age.
The funeral service of Janice Wesley will be conducted at 11 am Monday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Carlos Castelan and Trevor Barton officiating. Burial will follow in Swiss Colony Cemetery in London.
Live streaming of the funeral service will be available via the Bowling Funeral Home website and Facebook page.
The family of Janice Wesley will receive friends beginning at 6 pm Sunday at Bowling Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Wesley, Konnor Wesley, Jamie Woodyard, Joey Woodyard, Jody Woodyard and Jody Binder.
