Tigers host 49th district rivals
(MANCHESTER, Ky.) – One of the regions hottest teams will look to continue its streak. Now at six games, the Tigers have the opportunity to extend their win streak this week, as they square off with Oneida Baptist, Bishop Brossart, and Red Bird High School. With three big games on tap and two against 49th rivals, it’s a big week!
Oneida Baptist – The Mountaineers (12-9) will come to Manchester seeking another win for their already strong season. The Tigers have the one seed locked up, but should handle their business with their full team back. This game is set to tip off at 7:30PM, Friday, February 9th.
Bishop Brossart – The Mustangs (3-18) will play host to Clay County for an early Saturday afternoon contest. Off to a rough start in a very talented 10th region, the Mustangs will look to hold off one of the hottest teams in Clay County. Tip is set for 12:00PM, Saturday, February 10th, at Bishop Brossart.
Red Bird – The Cardinals (2-13) have a big opportunity against one of the region’s best in Clay County. Red Bird will make the trip to Manchester for a big 49th district matchup. Led by Felix Onosumba (14.5ppg), Red Bird will try to make some noise. Tip is set for 7:30PM, February 13th, at Clay County High School.
