Man arrested for sexual abuse

Laurel Sheriff's Detective Hunter Disney arrested Leonard Hensley age 58 of London on Friday, December 1, 2023 at approximately 12:22

PM. The arrest occurred off Sonny Lane, approximately 6 miles South of London following an investigation conducted by the Laurel County Sheriff's office after a complaint was received.

Following the investigation Leonard Hensley was charged with use of a minor under 16 in a sex performance; and three counts of sexual abuse – first-degree – victim under 12 years of age. This individual is a registered sex offender previously convicted of sex offenses. Leonard Hensley was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center.
