Mr. Felton is a 19y/o white male considered to be a medically fragile person with a history of seizures, low functioning autism and schizophrenia. He is expected to be without his twice-daily seizure medication.

Mr. Felton was last seen around 10:00 p.m. on 8/12/2023 on Hogskin Rd (Manchester KY) wearing gray or camo sweatpants and a gray tank top.
