Squire Marcum

Squire Marcum was born on March 18th, 1938, to Lloyd and Sudie Jackson Marcum.

Squire departed this life on June 14th, 2025, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Marcum and by his son, Richard Marcum. By his father and mother, Lloyd Marcum and Sudie Jackson Marcum; by his brothers: Bill Marcum, Major Marcum, and J.S. Marcum: by his sisters: Polly Marcum and Iva Lee Branstutter.

He is survived by his son, Charles Marcum and wife Connie and daughter, Delora Wagers and husband Leroy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Services for Squire will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 21st, at Britton Funeral Home, with Chad smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Marcum Cemetery on Little Sexton.

Visitation for Squire will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, June 20th, at Britton Funeral Home.
