The suspect involved in the situation, identified as 22-year-old Ryan Dwayne Turner Jr., has been arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, as well as evading a peace officer resulting in death or serious injury. Authorities are seeking no bail for Turner pending his booking. The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation. T

he driver of the other vehicle, 23-year-old Marcelline Demyan, sustained minor injuries from the collision, including a laceration from her seatbelt.
