Pregnant Whitley Co. teacher threatened

A man from Whitley County has been charged with threatening school staff.
Allen Ball, 40, was taken into custody on March 5 after he entered Whitley County Middle School. He requested to see the principal, assistant principal, and counselor regarding his daughter.
According to court records, Ball allegedly made a remark, stating, “It’s about to get bad.” He is accused of threatening the life of his daughter's teacher, who is pregnant, saying, “Well, she’s about to lose it because I’m going to stomp it out of her.”
The court documents also indicate that he threatened violence against additional staff members. Ball is now facing charges of terroristic threatening.
