Dennis Swafford, Jr.

Dennis Swafford, Jr., 50, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 5th, at the Advent Health Manchester Hospital.

Dennis was born in Manchester, KY on February 1, 1975, a son of the late Dennis and Phyllis Wombles Swafford.

Dennis is survived by his children: Dennis Swafford, III, and Kirsten Smith and husband Dakota, all of Manchester; his girlfriend, Connie Duncil; by the mother of his children, Michelle Lunsford; and by the following children he loved as his own: Kylee Maxie, Heather Green, Luke Thomas, and Jordan Duncil.

He is also survived by his brother and sister: Danny Swafford of Manchester, and Dawn Sanders of London; by his grandchildren: Hadleigh Smith, Penelope Swafford, and Jonah Smith; and by five children he loved as his own grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his grandson, Brady Smith; and by his mother-in-law, Darlene Lunsford.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 14th at Britton Funeral Home, with Arthur Bowling officiating. Burial will follow at the Swafford Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, March 13th at Britton Funeral Home.
