Spurlock allegedly slaps wife, chases her

Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson reports that on February 3rd, 2025, Deputy Walter Marker and Deputy Dustin Henson responded to a complaint about an altercation between a husband and wife. Upon arrival Deputies observed the female victim with visible injuries sustained to her face. The victim advised deputies that Robert Spurlock was under the influence of alcoholic beverage and got violent, hitting her in the face with an open hand, chased her through the house and kicked a door in where she attempted to avoid further altercation.

Robert Spurlock, 43, was arrested for:
