AdventHealth Manchester Donates AED Machines to Clay County Schools and Eastern Kentucky University

On Tuesday, January 7th, AdventHealth Manchester proudly donated three Automated External Defibrillator (AED) machines to Clay County Schools and two AEDs to Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) locations in Manchester and Corbin. This generous contribution underscores AdventHealth’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the health and safety of the communities it serves.
 
Jesse Kleven, Chief Financial Officer at AdventHealth Manchester, expressed the importance of this donation: "We are honored to support the vital institutions within our community by providing life-saving AED machines. This donation is a reflection of our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ and to ensure that our schools and universities are equipped to handle medical emergencies effectively."
 
Clay County School System's Athletic Director, Tommy Nicholson, also shared his thoughts on the significance of receiving the AED machines: "The safety of our students and staff is our top priority.
