WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST TUESDAY

* WHAT... Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations between one tenth and one quarter of an inch.

* WHERE... Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN... Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS... Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
