Arrest made in campground theft.

Chief Jeff Couch is reporting that on September 18 2023 Officer Nate Bishop arrested David Arnett in reference to a warrant obtained by Manchester Police Department. The warrant was for Burglary 3rd , theft by unlawful taking, and criminal trespass 3rd degree. Arnett is accused of taking items from a storage building at Cross Mt. Campground earlier this month.
