Lady Tigers host Cordia

(MANCHESTER, Ky.) – After two exciting exhibition games, the Clay County Lady Tigers are ready to open their season at home! The Lady Tigers square off with Cordia, hailing from the tough 14th region following the Tigers matchup with Pineville. The Lady Lions finished the 2024 season with a 2-23 record, with their lone wins coming over Jackson City and OBI.

Clay County will be tasked with stopping Taylor Slone (8.0ppg), a high scoring 8th grader who is leading the charge for Cordia. Asia Singleton (6.5ppg) also returns for the Lady Lions, and will no doubt be in the defensive gameplan for the Lady Tigers.

This game will tip off at 7:30PM, December 3rd, at Clay County High School.
