Wade Coffey

Wade Coffey was born September 13, 1946, in Clay County, Kentucky and departed this life Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, at the age of 78. He was the son of the late Edgar & Mary (Bingham) Coffey.
Wade is survived by his wife, Janice (Caudill) Coffey of Tyner, KY; by two sons, Cale Miguel Coffey of Tyner and Earl Wade Coffey in Danville, KY. He is also survived by two brothers, Gary Coffey & wife Jamie and Wilburn Coffey & wife Roxann and by one sister, Lynda Sue Wright all of Tyner. He was blessed with four grandchildren, Tristen Coffey, Ella Coffey, Harper Coffey and Owen Coffey.
Wade was a member and Deacon at the Union Missionary Baptist Church for over 40 years.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, November 8, 2024, at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Burchette officiating. Burial will follow in the Holcomb Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers: Tristen Coffey, Owen Coffey, Jason Flannery, Dustin Coffey, Aaron Coffey, Caleb Coffey and Terry Wright. Honorary pallbearers: Wayne Flannery, Kraig Caudill and Ronnie Hicks.
