John Edward Hoskins

John Edward Hoskins, age 63, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024.

He leaves behind one daughter, Bridgette Blackburn of London, KY; one granddaughter, Jaylen Smith; nine siblings, James Carl Hoskins of Indiana, Stanley Hoskins of Ashland, KY, Sinia Maggard of Corbin, KY, Patsy Boone of Ohio, Patricia Williams of Ohio, Glenda McCoy of Indiana, Gary Wayne Fee of Indiana, Della Mae Parker of Ohio, Patricia Gray of Big Creek, KY; his nephew, John Christopher Goins of Manchester, KY; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Arnold & Patsy Jean Couch Hoskins.
John was known for his love of nature, an adventurous spirit, and his deep appreciation for time spent with friends.

A lifelong enthusiast of hunting and the great outdoors, John found peace and joy in nature. Whether trekking through the woods, camping under the stars, or sharing stories around a fire, he felt most alive when surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.

More than his love for nature, John will be remembered for his warmth and generosity. He was a true companion, always quick with a smile, ready to lend a hand, or share a laugh with those around him. His friends were his family, and he cherished the time spent with them.
