Sherrill Ann Mitchell

Sherrill Ann Mitchell, 76, of Billy Branch, born on January 28, 1948 passed away on October 14, 2024 at her home.

She leaves to mourn her daughter Melinda Bilbrey, Diana France and husband Jackie France, her son Freddy Mitchell and wife Caternia Mitchell. Her Step Kids Logan Mitchell, Mike Mitchell, Joey Mitchell, and Brend Mitchell.

Her grandkids Bryan Bilbrey and wife Candy Bilbrey, Brandon Bilbrey, Brittany Hicks and husband Chris Hicks, Dustin Mitchell and wife Chaley Mitchell. Her great grandkids Bryson Bilbrey, Braden Taylor, Blake Bilbrey, Charleston Hicks, Bailey Hicks, and Jayce Mitchell. 12 step grandkids and 24 step great grandkids.

She is proceeded in death by her husband G.C Mitchell, her father George Smith, her mother Viola Taggard Smith, her son-in-law Donnie Bilbrey, and her brothers: Jimmy Smith, Fred Smith, Herold Gene Smith, and Jean Smith.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 18th at Britton Funeral Home, with Paul Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at the Mitchell Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 17th at Britton Funeral Home.
