Gracie Hale
Ms. Gracie Hale age 80, the wife of the late Junior Lee Hale, of Hwy 26, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday morning at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, Kentucky.
She was the mother of Glenn Jarvis and wife, Trish of Manchester, Kentucky, Paul Jarvis and James Jarvis and wife Tina, all of Corbin, Kentucky, Thelma Shephard and husband Darryl, Cora Broughton and husband Albert, all of London, Kentucky. She was the sister of Mildred Hobner of Somerset, Kentucky.
She was also blessed with twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired cook. She attended the Grace Fellowship Church of London, Kentucky.
Besides her husband, she is also preceded in death by her parents, Abe Jarvis and Barbra Alice Wyatt Jarvis and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services for Ms. Gracie Hale will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mann Cobb officiating. The family of Ms. Gracie Hale will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 2:00 P.M. on Saturday. Graveside services and burial for Ms. Gracie Hale will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday afternoon in the Blevins Cemetery in Barbourville, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be grandson's.
