Carnival was a huge success!

Hello folks! I hope everyone is making it through the summer heat wave ok. The heat didn’t seem to slow down our first carnival in 15 years. The carnival was a huge hit here in town, and we even gave the Clay County Cancer Coalition a nice donation from a percentage of the sales. Planning for our summer and fall events is in full tilt, and marketing strategies are being applied. I’m also traveling with Manchester Elementary boys basketball to EKU camp this week. So yeah, it’s a busy time, but it is a time I love and am blessed to have. I never take a day for granted, and I know I am blessed. All the haters hate when you say that because they are all miserable with their lives, but oh well. Some things you can’t control. Much love, all! Keep on keeping on!
